SHIPPING POLICY

New Zealand deliveries:

All orders are sent via NZ Post. If you wish to include tracking please do so at check-out. We do not offer any refunds on lost deliveries.

Domestic shipping takes 2–7 business days, plus an additional 1–2 days for rural and remote areas. These time frames cover the processing of your order and delivery by our courier.

International deliveries:

For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.

We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We aim to ship goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We provide the highest quality garments - therefor we do not offer refunds. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us within 7 working days to arrange this. Facemasks are non refundable.
